3. Subscription Plans & Payment

eSafeTV offers subscription plans (Purple — 3 months, Blue — 6 months, Green — 12 months) priced per device. Payment is accepted via:

• PayPal: Where available

4. No Refund Policy

5. Acceptable Use

Your subscription is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:

Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate account termination without notice or refund.

6. Device Limit

Each subscription is valid for the number of devices specified at the time of purchase (1–5 concurrent devices). Exceeding this limit may result in connection interruptions or account suspension.

7. Service Availability

eSafeTV maintains a 99.9% uptime across 100+ servers worldwide. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, ISP restrictions, or channel licensing changes may temporarily affect availability. These events do not constitute grounds for a refund.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available through eSafeTV is sourced from third-party providers. eSafeTV does not own or claim ownership of any streamed content. You agree to use the service solely for personal, lawful viewing.

9. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. eSafeTV will never ask for your password via email or WhatsApp. Report any suspected unauthorized access to our support team immediately.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, eSafeTV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

11. Modifications to Service & Terms

eSafeTV reserves the right to modify the service, pricing, channel lineup, or these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, with escalation to appropriate legal channels if necessary.
